The leadership color of the week that transforms & inspires the way you lead your work & people.
Let it shape your mindset for the week, wardrobe, pen color, give you a laugh, make you think differently about how leadership shows up in your workplace, and allow it to open reflection in your own leadership practice.
Inspired by the power of color, the lingo that shapes our culture & the questions that might inspire you to become an even more effective leader than you already are.

JANUARY
BURNOUT IS NOT A BADGE
Leadership isn’t about doing more—it’s about knowing exactly where & when to direct your energy – with prioritization, importance and timeline planning. It’s about showing up fully, sustainably, and intentionally where it matters. It’s about resting & recharging when you decide it’s the priority.
The color “Rested Tangerine” reminds us that pausing, reflecting, and recharging are leadership superpowers.
FEBRUARY
FEEDBACK WITHOUT THE FLINCH
Teams that establish a common language about what “feedback”means always outperform the teams who don’t. Re-establish a common language around feedback by using the word “Data” instead. That’s it. Showing data is clarity, offering information is the “bullseye” for someone to hit every time. It’s empowering, inspiring, a next step in a path of success.
The color “Cool Slate” reminds us to stay cool, grounded, calm and intentional with our delivery of the data we intend to share with someone. And, not anticipate someone else's emotional reaction to it.
MARCH
ALIGNED (NOT BUSY)
This is your gentle nudge to get off the hamster wheel. Stop glorifying "busy." Check your calendar, your meetings, your to-do list—are you “doing” to be busy or are you intentionally creating impact? Alignment is not about doing more, it’s about doing what matters most.
The color “Timeless Sea Foam Green” reminds us to take a moment, center ourselves, and intentionally focus on what matters. It’s the calm in the current, the direction in the flow. How might your leadership shift if every action and decision was rooted in alignment rather than momentum?
APRIL
THAT COULD’VE BEEN AN EMAIL
As a Leader, we’ve all secretly wished that half of our meetings were emails… Guess what? Your wish can come true: Audit your calendar. For every meeting, you should be able to articulate your clear purpose, the outcomes, and a reason for your presence. If not, it’s time to hit “decline,” “inquire” or “re-prioritize.”
The color Blank Space White reminds us to create blank space for what matters most. A clear schedule = a clear mind. Aligned schedule = aligned life = goals accomplished. Make time for the meetings & activities that align to our goals, only. Why? Make sure you’re going fast in the right direction.
