Teams that establish a common language about what “feedback” means always outperform the teams who don’t. Re-establish a common language around feedback by using the word “Data” instead. That’s it. Showing data is clarity, offering information is the “bullseye” for someone to hit every time. It’s empowering, inspiring, a next step in a path of success.
